Cauliflour Pizza (G.F)

1 medium sized orange kumura
2 cups
2 eggs
1 tspn mixed herbs
1 tspn coconut oil
Begin by preheating your oven to 180c fan bake
Using a large food processor grate up the kumura and cloiflower
Place this grated mixture into a large bowl adding in the eggs, oil and herbs
Mix well until combined (If the mixture is too wet add table spoons at a time of coconut flour)
Press the mixture onto a flat baking tray in the prefered shape (Circle or square etc)
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and lifts away from the tray
