Now this is a tricky one! There are so many different views and opinions on this topic! Here a my thoughts, if you are celaic or suffer when you have a gluten filled diet, then of course you will remove it from your diet! But if you are neither then why would you? Simple really.. Well not so, as there are so many diets or 'fads' they often say remove gluten to be healthy! But really the choice is yours! Personally I have little to no gluten in my diet as I physically have a sore and bloated gut, my mood and energy is low and I simply prefer less gluten! As I said the choice is yours, try a gluten free diet for a month and notice the changes if you don't then that is also fine! The choice is yours, what is your feedback?
